Women Move Powerfully provided clothes, shoes, individually wrapped Bibles and Pandemic bags to homeless singles, children & families.
Our January bag(s) contained: face masks, socks, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, Emergen-C packets and gloves.
Food provided: hamburgers/cheeseburgers & bottles of water.
Area(s) covered: Leimert Park District, Christ Temple Church (54th + Crenshaw), Chesterfield Square Park, Vermont Center Market, Paradise Baptist Church (51st + Broadway), Pee Wee’s Market, Corner of 59th + Broadway, 73rd + Broadway & 120th + Crenshaw.
