Women Move Powerfully provided individually bagged Subway lunches to homeless singles, children & families.
Women Move Powerfully decided last month (February) to take a different approach with healthier food options we provide to the homeless community.
WMP teamed up with Aman Beri of BeriGroup who owns several Subway Restaurants!
Due to this GOD-Centered partnership we are able to provide Subway meals to the homeless community we serve monthly!

Food provided: 6 inch turkey on wheat/ 6 inch Italian on white, variety chips, trail mix & bottled water.
Area(s) covered: 50th street & Grand Ave, 54th street & Flower, 54th street & Figueroa (7 Eleven), 70th & Broadway (Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles), Broadway & Florence Ave (Shell’s Gas station), 73rd street & Broadway, 74th street & Broadway, Manchester & Western (Bank of America), Manchester & Western (parking lot of WSS - Warehouse Shoe Sale), Manchester & Western (Ralph’s Self serve gasoline), 108th & Western (Neighborhood coin laundry), 120th & Crenshaw (near Starbucks), Imperial & Compton Blvd AND last but not least - The Rosa Parks station on Wilmington in Compton, CA.

New or lightly worn clothing
Toiletries such as: sanitary pads, mouthwash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.
24 pack or more of bottled waters
Individually wrapped snacks like: chips, trail mix, cookies, etc.
Masks (for adults and children)
Small hand sanitizers
Note: Any donated Undergarments MUST be new, this includes: underwear, bras, socks, etc.
